User data deletion

This page is the data-deletion instructions URL for PeakIndie. Instagram Login is not offered yet; these steps still apply if we ever stored Instagram data from Meta.

Delete Instagram data only

Sign in, open Dashboard → Integrations, and disconnect Instagram. We delete the encrypted access token and the Instagram id, username, profile picture, follower count, and insight totals we stored for that connection.

Delete the whole account

Email [email protected] from the address on the account. Say that you want the account deleted. Include the username and, if you connected Instagram, the Instagram username. We delete the account, cookies, tokens, and stored Instagram fields, and we take down public listings and clips for that studio. We aim to finish within 30 days.

What we do not keep after deletion

We do not keep Instagram tokens or profile fields for advertising or for sharing with other parties. Meta may still hold data on Instagram itself; that is controlled in Instagram settings, not here.
