Terms of Service

PeakIndie is a closed-beta discovery service for indie games: catalogue pages, Watch clips, follow, and verified storefront signals where a platform actually exposes them. By creating an account you agree to use it lawfully and not to impersonate another studio or person.

Your listings

You keep ownership of your games, clips, and copy. Publishing makes that page public. We may hide or remove listings, clips, or Featured ads that break these terms, look like spam, or break the law. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.

Keys and tokens

Steamworks keys and itch.io tokens you provide are stored encrypted and used only to verify games you import and to fetch metrics those credentials authorize. You may revoke a key in Steamworks or disconnect itch.io at any time.

Featured ads

Home Featured slots are auctioned among studios. Winning a slot requires paying with Stripe Checkout for the published window. An unpaid hold expires and the slot can go back to auction. A bid is binding once Checkout completes. Do not bid amounts you are unwilling to pay.

Beta

The service is provided as-is. Metrics depend on storefront APIs and may be incomplete or delayed. itch.io does not expose a public metrics API. Steam wishlists are daily movement, not a lifetime total. We may reset data, change features, or invite only selected testers.
